How to start your fitness journey in 2022

Starting your fitness journey can be daunting and scary but you are not alone.

Taking that first step of making a commitment to yourself is the best place to start.

Feel energized, feel you want to make a change, feel you are ready to make time for YOU.

Remember something is better than nothing, don't be hard on yourself, enjoy the journey and make it achievable.

Results don't happen over night but why would you want them to. It is a lifestyle change, an on going journey that needs to be fun, flexible and works for you.

  2. Start small - look at your day to day life and decide how you can move more - walk to work, take the stairs, go for a walk.

  3. Don't stress - this is a journey that should be enjoyed and become part of your life

  4. Try to find a training style that suits you

  5. Enjoy the journey with friends and family

  6. Listen to your body - don't over do it in the beginning

  7. Drink plenty of water and refuel your body

  8. Establish a routine that works for you
